ABOUT US
The Beginning of The Little Sensory Studio
The Little Sensory Studio was born from the heart of someone who truly understands children. Gabriela Zehner, a former teacher with years of experience in early childhood education, noticed a gap in tools that made abstract concepts, like time, relatable and fun for young minds. Combining her passion for teaching with her creativity, she set out to design products that bring learning to life in ways that children naturally love.
Inspired by the joy of discovery she witnessed daily in her classroom, Gabriela founded the Little Sensory Studio to offer parents and caregivers tools that spark curiosity, encourage interaction, and build a foundation for lifelong learning—all while making family moments more memorable.
Why We Do What We Do
At The Little Sensory Studio, we believe that learning should be joyful, not a chore. Our flagship product, the Countdown Calendar 4Kids, was created with one goal in mind: to make the concept of time tangible, interactive, and exciting for young children. It’s not just about counting days—it’s about counting moments, fostering connections, and building anticipation for what’s to come.
We know that parents want products they can trust—tools that are safe, well-designed, and made to fit into busy family lives. That’s why everything we create is rooted in a commitment to quality, creativity, and meaningful engagement.
What Drives Us
Our products are designed with both children and their families in mind. Whether it’s teaching a child to count down to their birthday or giving parents a tool to make bedtime routines smoother, we’re here to make life easier—and a lot more fun. At The Little Sensory Studio, every product starts with a question: How can we help children learn and families bond?
Because, for us, it’s not just about the products—it’s about the memories they help create.
About Gabriela Zehner
Gabriela’s journey began in the classroom, where she spent years as a teacher guiding young learners through their first steps in education. Her experience gave her unique insight into how children think, learn, and grow. With a knack for turning everyday lessons into interactive adventures, Gabriela developed a teaching style that prioritised hands-on learning, creativity, and play.
When she became a parent herself, she realised that parents often struggle to find tools that bridge the gap between learning and family time. That’s when the idea for The Little Sensory Studio came to life. Gabriela’s vision is simple: to create products that make education fun and help families connect in meaningful ways.
