This Shipping and Returns Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns for our sensory educational tools for young children (“Products”). We ship to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (USA). If you’re located outside these regions, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. You’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

1.4 Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers like DHL, local postal services, or other logistics partners to deliver your order. The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
1.5 Customs and Import Fees (UK & USA Customers)
For orders shipped to the UK or USA, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
1.6 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Product within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.
2.2 EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period (see Section 2.4 for how to return).
2.3 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

- The Product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
2.4 How to Return a Product

- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return shipping address and any additional instructions.

- Ship the Product: Package the Product securely and ship it to the address we provide. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
2.5 Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (via Mollie).

- We’ll refund the Product price, but original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- If the Product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll also refund your return shipping costs.
2.6 Defective or Incorrect Items
If your Product arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, at your choice. For defects after 14 days, see our Warranty Policy below.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

- Products without proof of purchase.

- Products returned after the 14-day window (unless covered by warranty).
